Students must appear in both Papers (Paper 1 & Paper 2) to become eligible for Cash Scholarships / Program Fee Waivers / Hostel Fee waivers. Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers for Class VIII, IX, X & XI will be decided on the basis of combined performance in Paper 1 (40% weightage) & Paper 2 (60% weightage) and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of both Papers.
In case of Class V, VI & VII, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE Programs and Hostel Fee Waivers will be decided on the basis of performance in the Paper and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject of the Paper.

The final discretion of award of Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers in each case will remain with FIITJEE management and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

To get the Cash Scholarship (not applicable for Students presently in Class V, VI & VII), Fee Waivers & other benefits related to
FTRE - 2014, one has to enroll in any one of these FIITJEE programs from
16th to 25th January, 2015 :
(i) For Class V Students (going to VI in 2015)
(a) Little Genie - One Year Foundation Program.
(ii) For Class VI Students (going to VII in 2015)
(a) UDAYA Plus - Two Year Integrated School program.
(b) UDAYA - Two Year Classroom program.
(iii) For Class VII Students (going to VIII in 2015)
(a) UDAYA - One Year Classroom Program.
(iv) For Class VIII Students (going to IX in 2015)
(a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2019.
(b) Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019.
(v) For Class IX Students (going to X in 2015)
(a) Three Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018.
(vi) For Class X Students (going to XI in 2015)
(a) PINNACLE - Two Year Integrated SchoolProgram for JEE Advanced, 2017.
(b) Two Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2017.
(vii) For Class XI Students (going to XII in 2015)
(a) One Year
Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016.
● A Student can take Admission / Enrollment prior to 16th January, 2015 (if the Result of the respective Class gets declared before 16th January, 2015) by paying a Facilitation Fee of Rs. 2000/- in addition to the Program Fee.
● In case a Student approaches us to take Admission / Enrollment after 25th January, 2015 till the FTRE Fee Validity date,
then he / she has to pay Rs. 500/- fixed late fee + Rs. 100/- per day late fee.

For Class VIII (going to IX in 2015) Students joining Four Year Program, 30% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed in Class IX & X from April 2015 to March 2017 and rest 70% of Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed in Class XI & XII from April 2017 to March 2019.
For Class IX (going to X in 2015) Students joining Three Year Classroom Program, Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2018.
For Class X (going to XI in 2015) Students joining Two Year Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2017.
For Class XI (going to XII in 2015) Students joining One Year Classroom Program, total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from April 2015 to March 2016.

Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in Phase Tests during the course will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of disbursement of quarterly Cash Scholarship. The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Cash Scholarships will be paid to Students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only.

Fee Waivers for FIITJEE programs & Hostel Fee Waivers are valid for the above-mentioned select programs only.

Hostel Fee Waivers (for accommodation only) are valid only for FIITJEE’s associate hostels made available through FIITJEE, subject to the Student joining that particular hostel and availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between April, 2015 to March, 2019 for Class VIII (going to IX) Students joining Four Year Program; April, 2015 to March, 2018 for Class IX (going to X) Students joining Three Year Classroom Program; April, 2015 to March, 2017 for Class VI (going to VII) & Class X (going to XI) Students joining Two Year Program ; April, 2015 to March, 2016 for Class V (going to VI), Class VII (going to VIII) & Class XI (going to XII) Students joining One Year Classroom Program and only for the duration of School /Classroom program. The Hostel Fee waivers will be paid directly to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel Fee Waivers is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self expenses are to be borne by the Students.

FIITJEE Students already enrolled in Classroom / Integrated School Program can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam to find about their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Main & Advanced / Other Competitive Entrance Examinations. We are already committed to these Students in giving our complete support at any point of their preparation. FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam is only for giving the feedback to their preparation and no Scholarships / Fee Waivers will be awarded to such Students. However, FIITJEE Students will be entitled for rewards as per their performance in JEE Advanced Examination (for details refer FIITJEE’s Program Brochure).

Students presently in Class X and enrolled at FIITJEE in Four Year / Three Year Classroom Program (enrolled with an exit option after Class X) will be entitled for all the benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining PINN NN ACLE - Two Year Integrated School Program / Two Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2017.

Students presently in Class VIII and enrolled at FIITJEE in UDAYA - School / Classroom Programs can register themselves as a FIITJEE Student and they are entitled for benefits of FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam on selection & joining any one of these programs (a) SUPREME - Four Year Integrated School Program for JEE Advanced, 2019 ; (b) Four Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2019.

Students enrolled in FIITJEE Rankers Study Material (RSM) or All India Test Series (AITS) for JEE Advanced, 2016 on selection & joining One Year Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2016 will be entitled for Cash Scholarships, Fee Waivers for FIITJEE program and monthly Hostel Fee Waivers during the Program. The course fee already paid for Rankers Study Material or All India Test Series will not be adjusted or refunded.

Any Student studying at FIITJEE can avail only one scholarship (including Cash Scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. Once a Student enrolls in a FIITJEE Program through FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Escape Velocity Test / Admission Test etc. and he / she reappears in any future FIITJEE’s Test then he / she will not be eligible to claim any Scholarship through the latter Test. However, Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement in KVPY / Olympiads / NTSE / JSTSE / MTSE / SSTSE / X Board / XII Board will remain applicable, but the Student can only claim the Scholarship higher amongst the two - i.e. either the Scholarship based on FIITJEE’s Talent Reward Exam / Admission Test etc. or the Scholarship based on Scholastic Achievement (already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same).

Note 15(a)

The registered office of FIITJEE Limited is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature with regard to the FTRE, subsequent enrollment and studies shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the arbitrator shall be final & binding. The arbitrator so appointed shall not be incapacitated for reasons of their being the employee of FIITJEE Ltd. or its sister concern, and for reasons of having any prior linkage with the company. The seat of arbitration will be Delhi. All the parties - Student / parents / guardian & FIITJEE agree that they shall not commence or maintain any action in a court of law relating to FTRE, subsequent enrollment & studies at FIITJEE except for enforcement of the arbitral award. All parties waive any right to appeal. This is needed for speedy redressal of issues & all parties agree to this.

Subject to 15 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi / New Delhi Courts only.
